Very friendly and efficient. Received a text to advise the guys had been delayed due to heavy traffic. This put my mind at rest and was nice to receive updates. The two guys were very hard workers and did not stop till the job was done. Very pleased with service would defo use again.

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from the team throughout. Helen is very helpful and prompt to respond to queries, the guy who delivered my boxes was polite and efficient and the two guys who carried out the move were fantastic! On my moving day the whole thing was completed in 2 hours, far quicker than I imagined. I would highly recommend London Moving to my friends and family and I will definitely be using them again in the future. A massive thank you to Helen and the rest of the team.

I was a little suspicious, as the quote came in quite a bit lower than other quotes. I needn't have worried, the guys were excellent and I was really happy with the service provided.

I was really impressed with the positive reviews on the website and interactions with Helen. We wanted to be sure to pick a more highly regarded removalist this time and pay more since our last el cheapo removalists were cheap for a reason. Sadly, the actual move wasn't that much better so we might as well have gone cheap again. We provided materials for the guys to wrap furniture to protect it e.g. pallette cling rolls so they could wrap it during the move to avoid furniture damage and we didn't want items to slip in their hands with the furniture being wrapped up already. The guys totally ignored our provision of materials to help to protect furniture. Our wardrobes and chest of drawers/tv unit/ and cots were chipped/damaged/scratched. Doors were also damaged in our new place with moving furniture in. Storage units have cracks in the units and now look like egg shell holes which we have to cover up. It was *alot* of little scratches/chips/damage that add up to alot of annoyance. We only noticed these problems after the guys left. We fed the guys lunch as well and annoyingly they decided that break was also charged so they really rushed towards the end. Thankfully/hopefully we will never have to move again so will avoid these horrible nightmares of finding a reliable removalist.

This move was carried out on 13th December 2012 and this is the first feedback we have received from the client albeit via Reallymoving. I find these allegations very difficult to defend as we have no previous knowledge of them until 10/10/13. Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to our Company and had the client informed us of any of the above a full and proper investigation would have been launched and the correct remedies placed into effect if required. It is strange to say the least that the client has not contacted us at all to let us know of her dissatisfaction and also that she has only now seen fit to complete the feedback form almost a year later. My teams often work through lunch in any event so I do not believe the client experienced any loss on the day, the men ensured the move did not exceed the 8 hours agreed. Had the client informed me that she had given them lunch I would have expressed my gratitude at the time but clearly the team made the time up I'm unclear as to the grievance here. I advised the client to wrap the items when the team arrived as to wrap them previously would have made it difficult for the teams to see any previous damage, as I know the client had a bad experience before, and also that my advice would be that the items would be very slippery indeed as these were very large pieces and she had opted for a self pack and prepare. To mine and my teams knowledge no damage was caused, I have the clients previous emails noting the damage caused by the previous removalists that she refers to. I would like to reiterate that at no time did the client call me or email me to discuss these allegations and we spoke right up to the end of the move, it is normal procedure to let the company know as soon as damage is noticed and every genuine complaint is dealt with at source to avoid an unnecessary escalation. I feel it is extremely unfair that a negative feedback almost a year after the event without any previous communications in respect of its contents, be submitted. We are in the service industry dealing with many clients every day and have been for almost 35 years, it is often not what happens on a move that determines the worth of the Company if something goes wrong, but moreover, what they do about it to make things better and how customer after care is dealt with. In this instance, we were not given a fair opportunity to rectify any of the alleged issues within the clients feedback and therefore should not be judged on this one feedback which is to say the least, delayed and unfounded in my opinion. We have since apologised to the client and sent her some flowers in the hope that she understands how important she is to us as a customer.

Friendly, efficient service. Helen at the office very helpful. Removal men ended up being about half an hour late due to overrunning of morning shift presumably, but the service was excellent - two very friendly, practical guys who knew what they were doing and did the job in exactly the time that was estimated.
