The packing service was terrible. Multiple items have been broken, mainly due to poor packaging. There were only two people on the moving day so I had to assist. The initial inspection did not translate to what the guys on the day expected. We had to pack our car and leave some items with a neighbour to return to collect. We had paid for several items to be put back together at our new house, our daughters bed was not put together. When we sent photos of the damaged items after unpacking, we were told that we had not provided these within 7 days so nothing could be done. The two men who were there on moving day were good, but they were let down by poor estimation of the job and by terrible packing. I would not recommend using these.
Thank you for the feedback I have looked in great depth into the customers move and we did provide them a full packing service although we moved them back in May and have had no reports of damage either from the men or by the customers until nearly the end of June. I appreciate not everyone gets round to unpacking straight away but we would expect at least a phone call to make us aware if there were any damages or anything that wasn't done correctly on the day to give us a chance to correct it immediately. Our men work very hard and are very careful with all removals which is why I asked why we weren't made aware sooner.

They were stuck in traffic but kept us informed. On arrival, after a quick drink, they were soon getting on with the move.They worked quickly and efficiently, making us chuckle along the way! They coped well with the stairs we have leading up to our house at the other end. We would definitely recommend them!

Paul and his assistant "T" ? were fantastic. They arrived early, were polite, friendly and professional and worked tirelessly. We were ahead of time and they waited patiently until we could gain the keys to the new property without any gripe. Half way through packing up someone senior from the company turned up to check on progress and that I was happy. I most certainly was. We were rather hands on with our move due to excitement and wanting to get in asap. The guys managed the move excellently and I thank them for being all round great guys. A credit to the business and I would certainly recommend them.

They were brilliant from start to finish. I cannot recommend them highly enough. From Bradley who I booked with following a survey visit to the wonderful team who were incredibly polite and helpful (not to mention strong!!!) They all made moving far less stressful than it could have been.

Prompt response and competitive quote. The day did not start off well with R&R arriving 2 hours late, but once they arrived they work extremely hard and were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

Just over a week before I moved I phoned to confirm and was told sorry cant do it fully booked, even though it had been provisionally booked for about a month.
We try to never disappoint customers and would not intentionally want to turn away work, but when we book provisional dates into our diary more often than not our customers will call and move their dates because of problems with their sale or purchase. (Hence why its provisional and just a guide). In this instance we called the customer on several occasions to try and confirm a date with him because of the busy Christmas period, and unfortunately by the time he wanted to confirm we had other customers wanting to confirm for the same date. We work on a first come first service basis and due to lack of confirmation we could not turn away people that were 100% wanting to move.
