Quick, friendly, not the absolute cheapest but not much more expensive than the lowest quote we received, and it was worth it for the responsive service, the timeliness, and the high quality of the write up. I’d highly recommend for anyone.

Really professional - no problem with key collection from the estate agents. Quick responses, and were able to book me in before the others. Also received a response directly from the surveyor when discussing one point in more detail. Excellent company, would recommend.

Fantastic level of care, service & professionalism. The report was detailed and very clear; as a result of the observations made we were able to renegotiate the purchase price favourably. The surveyor was also happy to speak to us via phone, which was appreciated. I would happily recommend London & County Surveyors, they are definitely worth the money.

I was expecting the survey conducted on Apr. 11 and got my report after the Easter Holiday, after my email request on Apr 21 i was informed that survey had been postponed to Apr 22. Finally i cancelled the service booked, now I'm waiting for their refund.
We were contacted by the Vendor as they decided to go on Holiday over the Easter School Holidays. This was the next available date. Refund has been processed. I am afraid this was out of our control, we wish you well with your purchase.

I am beyond delighted with the service from London and County Surveyors. The whole process from booking, the admin, the survey itself, the team, the report and after care is A*.
