Looking forward to receiving the results though so far only experience I have is positive - Autumn was very helpful and talked through options, all arrangements were then made directly with Estate Agents The only comments I would have is the dates for Surveys were later than some of the other firms quoted - due to the Legal teams Christmas breaks and position I am in on the sale this was not an issue for me but I can see how other people working with more urgent time frames may want to pay a higher cost for a quicker result Being based in West Yorkshire was not an issue and the business was able to accommodate

Autumn is very responsive and quick. And I only waited for 2 weeks for the survey to be done even under the current lock down situation.
